UNIT ORGANIZATION
A detailed design exploration of three-level residential units configured for high-density living. The units were designed to maximize fenestration on both southern and northern exposures, balancing passive solar gain with consistent daylighting throughout each floor.
Each unit incorporates private green spaces at multiple levels, providing residents with access to outdoor area without sacrificing the density and efficiency demanded by the urban site. The study examined stacking configurations, structural logic, and circulation efficiency across the building section.
