LUCAS CROSSING
Our client came to GFF with the goal of transforming an ordinary retail strip in Lucas, Texas into a community hub—offering upscale restaurants and a large common recreation space to attract families and large groups alike.
The design process began by listening closely to the client's vision, compiling precedent imagery, and developing a cohesive aesthetic direction. My work included concept leadership, 3D modeling, rendering, and construction documentation throughout the project's development.
