GREENWICH VILLAGE GARAGE RENOVATION
This project involved the conversion of a historic Greenwich Village garage into luxury multifamily residences. Multiple floor plan schemes were explored and developed to optimize unit layouts and maximize livable square footage within the existing structural envelope.
Custom glazing systems were developed using parametric sun studies to balance natural light with privacy across all units. The design also included a penthouse addition, carefully integrating the new massing with the existing building's proportions and material character.
